To demonstrate true love by seeking, serving and protecting the wellbeing of others.

INTEGRITY
To be honest and truthful in all we do and say; refusing our character to be compromised.
2 Corinthians 4:2 (ESV) But we have renounced disgraceful, underhanded ways. We refuse to practice cunning or to tamper with God’s word, but by the open statement of the truth we would commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God.
ABUNDANT LIFE
To recognize our sufficiency In Jesus Christ produces the meaningful purpose in life.
John 10:10 (ESV) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
ACCOUNTABILITY
To love, encourage, and correct each other as we do the work of the ministry, each taking responsibility for decisions and actions that impact the ministry.
Romans 12:5 (ESV) so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
EXCELLENCE
To work as unto the Lord with the highest degree of professionalism, productivity, and skill knowing this bring glory to God.
Colossians 3:17 (ESV) And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
